It is also compatible with all of the most popular host terminal interfaces out of the box, including RS232, IBM 46XX, and IBM Power Plus USB. In addition, the Magellan ® 8500 is compatible with the OPOS and JavaPOS systems allowing even greater installation flexibility at the point of sale.
